Capacity and construction:
The Cecotec Cecofry It has surprised us for being a very robust model, with quality materials and a practical and modern design. We chose the model in white and with a window to be able to see the preparation of the food while it is cooking.
The capacity is 6 liters, enough to prepare French fries for 6 or more people at the same time. This tray is also large enough to make a small individual type pizza.

Power and functions:
Its power of 1300 watts is enough for all preparations to achieve optimal results, but it is true that the Cecotec brand itself or other well-known brands have similar models with a higher power of up to 1700 watts. The fact of having more power reduces cooking times. Even so, this model is quite fast.
In terms of functions, we must highlight that it has 9 preconfigured modes that establish the time and temperature necessary to cook different types of food: meat, chips, fish, vegetables, chicken, wings, pizza, sweet potatoes and desserts. As we have said before, we tried the Cecofry with some nuggets and the result was very good. They were crispy with just a tablespoon of oil, but the result is obviously not the same as frying. In fact, no oil-free fryer achieves the same results.
It is appreciated that it has a window on the front and a light inside to control the cooking process without having to open the pan.
The front window allows you to monitor cooking at all times.
We must also point out that it generates a lot of heat in the back while it is in operation, so you must leave space between the wall and the fryer, and take into account not to put anything behind it that can be damaged by heat.
Finally, we must emphasize that it is easy to clean with the help of a damp cloth and a little soap.
