Hardly there Cop27 will go down in history. Does that mean it’s a failure? Not necessarily. At the time of writing this article delegates have not yet agreed on the closing statement. The drafts circulated in recent days have led the major environmental organizations to denounce the “inactionism” of governments, especially Western ones.
